One of the main benefits of our plans involves how many users you can have. Most of our competitors go by MAU (monthly active users), charging you for the number of users you might have.
According to Profitwell’s blog article “PER USER PRICING: STOP USING IT; YOU’RE KILLING GROWTH,” customers don’t see the value in the number of users. Their example compared two companies, GitHub and Perforce, and determined that Github’s metrics were better because they focused their plans on the customers’ needs and wants.
